I. User Accounts
User account means the combination of login name and password.
Your login name may only be used by one physical person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
User account can be connected with several web pages for the research. You declare that you are owner of that web page or you are allowed to perform such research on the defined web page. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused to you or third party from your failure related to the web page ownership and permission.
II. Usage of data for benchmarking
By ordering the Service, you agree to provide us with the anonymous data from your measurement for benchmarking. This data can be shown aggregated and on anonymous basis to other users of the service. This approval is non revocable and the data can be kept in our systems without any time limit.
Benchmarking data can be used for any way of communication, mainly for electronic and printed communication.
We do not bear the responsibility for the misinterpretation of the benchmarking data.
III. Free Account, Payments, Refunds, Upgrading, Downgrading
You have the option of utilizing the Free Account to trial the software. You can upgrade to any of the paid licenses at any point of time. An upgrade from the Free Account to any paying plan will end your Free Account. You will be billed for your first month immediately upon upgrading. Once the Free Account is upgraded to a paid license, it can be reverted to a free account since the next billing period.
After upgrading to a paid account, there is a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee is valid starting the day that you INITIALLY upgrade your account. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may submit a request to have your payment refunded.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
For any upgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
SatisMeter reserves the right to change our license fees upon 30 days notice from us. Fee change notices may be posted to the Service or on the website.
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the My Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple cancellation link.
We reserve the right to keep your Content in our systems without any time limit. We will use this Content on anonymous basis to perform benchmarking with other companies. We do not guarantee that we will be able to recover any of your information once your account is cancelled.
If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
SatisMeter, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other SatisMeter service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. SatisMeter reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
