Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting new customers during onboarding, building relationships with current customers throughout their lifecycle, and be the voice of the customer advocating their needs within our decision-making processes. We offer a fully remote position, preferably in the European time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Support new customers during onboarding so that they understand the value of our product and what they need to do to start using it
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients, and execute a “success plan” on dedicated accounts
- Develop these customer relationships, so our clients can get more value from using SatisMeter
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Dev team to introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient English and superior communications skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience: Support, Customer Success, Key account management, or other job helping customers, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Active listening, empathy, explanation skills
- Background in web technology, custom solutions (agency), online media or innovative online product environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS / Digital is a plus
- Great organizational skills and ability to build & maintain long-term valuable client relationships
- Technical acumen, persistence, great work ethic and competitive drive to be the best
- Located anywhere in the world, overlap with European time zones is a plus

Company Culture
We are a fully remote company. Most of the communication happens in Twist and all work is planned and documented in Notion. We meet online weekly for sprint kickoff and monthly for a retrospective. We don’t track the number of vacation and sick days, but everyone is encouraged to take at least 20 days of vacation per year, to stay healthy, well-rested, and productive. At least once a year we organize a company retreat to do fun activities together and occasionally we visit an interesting conference. We encourage self-education and purchase learning materials as needed.

As a Customer Success Manager, you would be mostly working with Ondrej who is managing customer relationships. When interacting with other areas like marketing, product, analytics, strategy or development, you would also communicate often with Jakub and Jan.
